#1-TuffTEST for Windows LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE Copyright (c) 2009, Windsor Technologies, Inc. (WTI) Permission is granted to companies, organizations and individuals charging no fees, and to User Groups, Mail-Order Vendors, CD-ROM publishers, and File Distribution Networks and others regardless of fees (all referred to as "vendors"), to distribute this software program (the LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE), provided they convey a complete and unaltered copy of this software program (except that they may add a single information file or ZIP comment to the files being distributed). Permission to distribute this software program is not transferable, assignable, saleable, or franchisable. Each vendor wishing to distribute this software program must independently satisfy the terms of this limited distribution license. This license gives you the right to distribute this software program but all rights not specifically mentioned in this agreement, including ownership rights, intellectual property rights, trademarks and copyright, are reserved by WTI. This software program is provided on an "as is" basis, without any other warranties, or conditions, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantable quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or those arising by law, statute, usage of trade or course of dealing. The entire risk as to the results and performance of this software program is assumed by the vendor. Windsor Technologies, Inc. shall not have any liability to any vendor or user of this software program. WTI may revoke any permissions granted here, by notifying you in writing at www.windsortech.com. By distributing this software vendors agree to check www.windsortech.com frequently to see if any permissions have been altered or revoked. Such permissions may be altered or revoked at any time at WTI's sole discretion.
